About Your VR Tour

The creation of a virtual reality (VR) tour for real estate begins with capture, where we use a high-resolution Ricoh Theta Z 360 camera to photograph each room from a central vantage point. The camera simultaneously captures every angle of the space.

These 360 images are entered into specialized stitching software, that aligns and blends the overlapping footage seamlessly to create a single, spherical panorama where the horizon is level and the perspective is flawless.

Images are edited to look bright and inviting, and then interactive navigation hotspots are created to allow viewers to click and move from room to room as if walking through the home.

Finally, the completed tour is rendered and delivered to you as a link and/or embed code. You can then upload this immersive, 3D experience to your website, MLS listing, or social media. Potential buyers can explore the property virtually from their phone, tablet, computer or a VR headset.
