On-Site Capture
We arrive at the property ready to work. Photo capture is normally between 60 and 90 minutes, but it always depends on the total size of the home, yard, and any special features. If you choose to order additional services—such as a video, drone shots, a 360 VR Tour, or a floor plan—a little extra time is typically needed.
Post-Production Editing
Following each shoot, every image undergoes true-to-life color correction, dynamic range blending, and professional enhancements to ensure each space looks its best. Videos get expert post-production to for impactful cinematic views . Virtual Tour panoramas captured with a 360° camera are edited to create an immersive, walkthrough experience of the home.
Digital Delivery
A link to a personal Media Centre download page is delivered to your email. Your finished photo set and any additional media, such as video or a floor plan, are displayed in gallery format. You can view and download media assets individually or all at once.
Payment
Easy and transparent - you only pay when your media set is finished and delivered. The service invoice is attached to the digital delivery and is due upon receipt to access the media. Payment is by credit card, but if you prefer to e-transfer, just let us know.
